What qualification do you need to flip burgers at a fast food restaurant?
I have a friend who needs a job- fast!

Your friend just has to be 16 years old. (in Oklahoma anyway)

At least 16, has to have working hands, and preferably not a dumb-ass.

Well, your "friend" has to be the working legal age of your state of reference and in my opinion, has to have the ability to listen and follow directions, given to him/her from their "trainee". After that, multi levels of attention are needed to monitor and adhere to timers, quick hands, common sense and the ability to handle stress and be calm. Your friend has to swallow their pride and ask for help when needed and constantly use their observational skills, because timers don’t always work. Other than that, a positive attitude, the ability to fluctuate with varying work business levels, an open mind to learning and I think with that, your friend will be in! I hope this answer helps you out today!
