Well, your "friend" has to be the working legal age of your state of reference and in my opinion, has to have the ability to listen and follow directions, given to him/her from their "trainee". After that, multi levels of attention are needed to monitor and adhere to timers, quick hands, common sense and the ability to handle stress and be calm. Your friend has to swallow their pride and ask for help when needed and constantly use their observational skills, because timers don’t always work.
